Barbara Hensley presented information about Hope Chest. Their purpose is to provide the quickest access to help with the most urgent emergency needs of local breast cancer patients. They place a priority onkeeping families intact in their current living situation…in their home, with that home warm and the lights on; helping them get to treatment by paying for childcare and transportation; helping them heal by providing access to nutritious meals for them and their families.

Pay It Forward Fund was founded in 2005 by a breast cancer survivor. Since then, they have helped patients buy groceries, pay their mortgages, heat their homes, keep their lights and their water on, and repair their cars so they can drive to chemo. For hundreds of women in need, these gifts have made a difference at a time of crisis. Pay It Forward Fund is a partner of the Ridgeview Foundation.

The Rockville High School After Prom Party is THE party of the year and will be held at the Bauer Drive Community Center on Friday May 8, 2020. Food, fantastic prizes for graduates, casino games, music, inflatables, caricature artists, and much more will be there ALL WEE MORNING LONG starting after Prom at approximately 11:30 p.m. and going strong until 3:00 am.
Parents have been 'paying it forward' on this alcohol-free, fun event for more than 20 years to keep our irreplaceable Rockville Seniors (and our community) safe on prom night.
