Cahill showed for a flush draw with straight outs and Root tabled for top two. Haixia Zhang got into the final table 3rd in chips just behind Mikiyo Aoki and Meikat Siu. She knapped up and moved into chip lead after winnowing out Patricia Cahill in 9th, then Kendra Wray in 7th, but still confronted a real dispute in Aoki, who had a real bad run of luck in the final stage of the event.
Hand #12: Pat Landis opened to 25,000 from the cutoff seat, Haixia Zhang three bet to 70,000 on the button, and Landis folded.
Hand #13: Zhang started the action with a raise of 25,000 from the cutoff seat, Patricia Cahill three bet shoved from the button, and Zhang made the call putting Cahill.
